Great job! Let's all make a treasury showcasing resellers of mass-produced junk on what is supposed to be a site featuring true artisans of hand-crafted items! Will Etsy please take note?

This is beautiful. Also in the CF$L circle of people who admire you. Jewellry.

Hand made means manufactured by hand. Therefore, unless there is nothing done by the seller to put it together, it's still made by hand. They had to use their hands to do this.
It's a bit like saying if someone sews with a machine, that the item is not handmade. Maybe that's true then!?

I bought my computer, monitor, keyboard, and printer seperately, and plugged them all together myself. My computer is handmade!

You assembled it by hand, in a set way, to work a certain way and it's like a kit. There are levels of work put into everything in life and it would be good for makers not to be belittled by those who think they are better than others. It doesn't make you more likeable to buyers. By all means speak to the admin for Etsy but remember you are seen as how you portray yourself as a person, as well as your art. Best wishes to all makers. : )

Susan at least nine of the featured elephants were simply put on a plain chain. I forgive those that took the time to do actual bead arrangements or additional modification to make it a real piece of work. However, to buy a charm and then sell it on at a markup is not a handmade craft.

These are all lovely, but I'm leaning towards the one that comes with liquor....
