This was perfect for making bubble candles as christmas presents- the delivery was fast, lovely service and the wax was good quality with no frosting as long as you let it cool to the right temperature! Would buy again 100%

Absolute Nightmare experience with this seller!! No reply to communication and when she did after 7 days (although she was apologetic) she was super rude & attack my lack of empathy even though I had been waiting more than 8 days for my item with no news. Had to open a case with Etsy and finally received my refund abt 4 days ago. Small business owner or not there is no excuse for the lack of communication. No excuses for the lack of "shop policy"! Worst part, I was not the only customers left in a lurch. The all experience made me wish I had ordered on another well known platform! Thinking of buying here ? Think again or read this seller reviews before you do and cross fingers it all goes well for you!

Exceptional service. Jo was very helpful regarding shipping overseas to Norway and helping me out with custom fees- registration ect. The wax pastels were easy to work with and gave me the exact results i wanted.
