New for 2018 is this revised version of my trio of dogs collection wearing novelty Christmas head wear, now featuring a red background and new greetings, they’re sure to make the receiver smile.

Printed in the UK from my original design on recycled card, the cute trio of dogs in Novelty head wear image was originally created as little pieces of hand cut fabrics and embroidered using the free motion machine embroidery technique.

The card is blank inside for your own special holiday message.

Printed on a recycled white card stock.

If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned to me in saleable condition. (Personalised items are only refundable if faulty)

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been manufactured.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. Please contact me, within 14 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund. If your order is returned in perfect condition - still in any packaging - then I will provide a refund, less the outbound postage cost. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Personalised products can not be refunded unless faulty.

Please contact me first before leaving negative feedback, as I will do all I can to resolve any dissatisfaction.

DISPATCH TIMES

Dispatch times are currently quoted to allow for my adhock working pattern. I usually post out Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week. Dispatch times can be delayed if your order needs personalising.

If you require an order sooner that the estimated 2-7 day dispatch please message me before placing your order so I can advise if I can meet your requirement.

I aim to dispatch personalised orders within 21 working days and stock items within 7 working days.

I always send a dispatch email to advise when I have posted your order, occasionally I may be delayed in sending the email even though I have posted your order earlier. This automated email does not allow me to add a previous date so will show the date the email was generated only.

Please double check your address is correct as mistakes cannot be rectified after purchase.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic UK orders:

* UK delivery is sent Second Class with Royal Mail.
* Upgrade to Signed for service is available at an additional cost.
* I obtain a "certificate of posting" for all orders that have been sent as proof of postage.
* Please check your postal address is correct before completing your purchase.
* Address mistakes can not be rectified after purchase is completed.

International* Orders:

* Delivery is by standard International airmail.
* This service does not include any tracking.
* Upgrade to International Tracked service is available at an eadditional cost.
* Please check your postal address is correct before completing your purchase.
* Address mistakes can not be rectified after purchase is completed.
* Any customs duty / fees charged are the responsibility of the buyer.

***Unfortunately TRACKING IS NOT INCLUDED as standard with the Royal Mail postal service.

Tracking does not mean the delivery will be any quicker and can provides only limited updates once the item reaches the out bound airport.


WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Missing parcel? I obtain a "certificate of posting" for all items.

This proves the Post Office have accepted the package and is now in their hands.


* Have you checked with your local sorting office? Especially if it's an item that may not fit through your letter box. Recently I have had items returned that haven't been collected from the sorting office as no delivery card was left.


Your package is not considered missing by Royal Mail until the following times

* If sent to an UK address; two weeks have passed since your parcel was posted,

* If sent to an International address; a full month has passed since your parcel was posted.

* Claims cannot be processed until this period of time has passed.

* Please contact me via Etsy Conversation (Message Seller) with any concerns.



Unfortunately these delays do happen during peak postal seasons.

* Specific delays are noted with the Canadian postal service currently.

* Delays can be through the amount of post being sent through Royal Mail; due to items being delayed whilst passing through customs or due to adverse weather or incidents causing delays to the post whilst in transit.

* Items can also become damaged in transit or when passing through the mail sorting machines. These usually make their way back to the sender. If this happens I will contact you via Etsy conversation to tell you it has been returned.

* Tracking Upgrades - International tracking does not always show the exact location of packages. I have found they can be delayed in US customs for example but still show as not having left Heathrow Airport. If you are worried about a tracked package please message me so I can call Royal Mail for a more accurate update than the computer system shows.



All of the above is out of my control and claims for missing post can only be made after a set period of time has passed (as per Royal Mail's policies).



* If I'm on vacation I usually leave my shop open but will only be able to follow up any missing mail when I return. Details of these dates will always be in my shop announcement. Please send me a message via Etsy conversation including your order number for me to follow up on my return.

FAQs

I can only add a name to the fabric decorations. The stitched name must be short enough to fit in the body space. If the decoration is wearing a jumper I will need to add a little plain patch to sew the name onto.

My smaller wooden laser cut decorations can not be personalised at all. They are smaller than the fabric decorations and obviously, as they are made of wood, it is impossible to sew a name onto them ;)

I can only take requests for different breeds or colours. I will do my best to accommodate requests but can not commit to actual custom orders due to my limited working hours, work load and young family. To make a request please send me a message via Etsy conversation.

Yes!! I make any breed, or pet even. During the busy Holiday seasons all available options will be listed in my shop. I will consider requests for fabric items I haven’t made before or am out of stock for but this does depend on my current work load.
