Lucy went above and beyond for me. Ordered hangover kit cards and realised I put on the wrong date. I messaged Lucy asking if I can reorder them, plus add on the hangover bags that I never seen before. My deadline for these was less than a weeks notice which I expected wouldn’t be enough time. I decided to messaged anyway. Glad I did as Lucy went above and beyond, replaced my cards for free & had them sent out with still 2 days spare before hen party! The items are great quality & the attention to detail doesn’t un noticed. Thanks again for saving the day.

I feel like delivery could have been a little quicker as it took couple weeks to arrive, however this is my only criticism, I love the product, very happy.
