All items in the UK and Ireland are posted out on a recorded delivery via Royal mail, items usually take 1-3 days after the dispatch notice.
Lost items are claimed using the claims service , Royal Mail do not recognised items to be lost until 4 weeks after the postal date, I retain all postal reciepts.

Items posted outside the UK

Postal service goes on the price paid for at the check out. There is a standard or tracked or express. On a standard postal service no signature is required there will be no tracker option for this service and usually arrives with the standard post.

All items over £100 will automatically be sent on a tracked and signed for delivery this in not an express service and will still take the same amount of time as a standard delivery.

If you do require items in a short time scale please be aware of production time on each item estimates 5-7 working days ( not including weekends) an express delivery is advisable.

International signed for estimates 5-14 days we rely on the postal systems around the world there for this is only a estimate and can not guarantee a delivery time, Royal mail will not compensate for missing track and trace or any delays.
Royal mail do not see any items to be lost until 4 weeks have passed from the shipping dates so we will only refund or replace missing items after 4 weeks have passed.

If you require items sooner that this please contact us for a shipping upgrade using a UPS express service this is door to door.

Any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Any items uncollected and returned back to sender will be resent back out on a standard delivery and not refunded.
