You don't need to download any software or fonts to edit and print your templates. Following your purchase you will be sent an email from our template host Templett they will provide you with a link to your chosen template. You can then edit, save and download your completed design for printing

You can edit all the text in our templates, wording, font, colour, size and layout.

You can add, remove or recolour the backgrounds on all of our designs.

You can resize, reposition or remove the artwork on all of our template.

You can add your own images or remove images we have added.

We have added the option on all of our templates (except for seating charts) for you to add items to the reverse.

You CANNOT edit the size or the orientation of any of our templates, we have included the set size of each template in the listing of each item.

Yes you can, in each listing there is a link which will take you to a demo version of each template where you can test out all the features and see if you like the design etc.

The only thing you won't be able to do is save or download the demo template.

We would recommend printing onto a high quality cardstock of 90-110lb ( 250gsm - 300gsm ) most home printers will print on this but you will need to check your printer specification to make sure that it can handle the thickness.

Unfortunately we don't provide customised orders, please check each listing carefully before purchasing.

Absolutely if you have any problems with any of our templates just drop us an Etsy message and we will do our best to guide you through the steps.

Following your purchase you will receive an email from Templett, this will be sent to the email address that is associated with your Etsy account - please be sure to check your spam folder if you are unable to locate it.

If you do not have access to this email or unable to locate your Templett email, you can still access your template by going to templett.com/design.

Enter the email address from the order, and press continue, then click on "you don't have access to this email?" link. You will then be asked to enter the Etsy order ID - this can be found on the order receipt in your Etsy account.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to update your email address under user settings.

Yes. All the fonts shown in the listing image will be available when opening your template. There is no need to install any fonts and there are also additional fonts available if you'd like to change from the original ones in the design.
