• We offer a choice of 100% Natural linen fabrics (OEKO-TEX Certified) with an optional white pom pom trim for your crate cover.

• All of our designs are handmade and designed here in the UK, supporting UK suppliers, we use quality materials that are good for our pets and for our planet.

Yes, all of our crate sets are completely machine washable at 30 degrees, that includes the crate covers, bed cushions and bumpers. (for best results hand wash & air out to dry).

Do not tumble dry and keep out of direct sunlight as slight fading could occur.

Your set can be aired out to dry, do plump up the filling at regular intervals to ensure that the filling dries completely this will prevent the filling from clumping together as it dries.

Highly disappointed in the quality of this is product. The bumper does not have a zipper and is filled with cotton, so there is no way of cleaning it. I ended up taking all the cotton out and putting in three separate pillows and a zipper so it could be cleaned; however, the moment I washed it, all of the seams fell apart. Additionally, the insert for the bed became lumpy very quickly, and I ultimately had to replace that with a new bedding insert as well.

(located in the listing information & on our FAQ page). The bumper is completely washable, hence the reason there is no need for you to add a zipper and to remove the inside filling. (The whole item can be machine or hand washed). We do also recommend that once you wash the cushion insert for the bed & the bumper, that you leave it to air out to dry, and plump it up at regular intervals to ensure that the filling doesn't clump together.
