We currently offer FREE 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery on all our items within the UK. We also deliver some watches to the USA with extra delivery charges applied at checkout.

We offer Next Day Tracked (Mon to Sat) on some products. Shown at checkout.

We also offer Tracked delivery on some items. These are dispatched following order production and not next day delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail after the product has been dispatched.

If you haven't received your product 10 working days following your item being dispatched please contact us via the Etsy message system or email contact@daisymolly.co.uk.

At this point we can look to resolve the matter.

Due to the nature of our products being personalised to your specification we are unable to accept returns on these items. If however you do have a problem with the product you have purchased you can contact us directly either through the Etsy Message system or via contact@daisymolly.co.uk
We are unable to process any issues 30 days after purchase.

All our products have sizes or dimensions contained within the product description. We urge you to please check these sizes or dimensions to confirm that the product you are purchasing is the right size that you are looking for.

We offer Gift wrapping with Gift messages on certain products. Available at checkout. We only include gift messages with the gift wrapping option. Messages need to be included with the order either in the gift notes or a direct message straight away.

We work very fast to get your order completed and dispatched. If you require your personalisation amending please contact us straight away. We can't guarantee that it can be changed.

We will contact you either by email or Etsy message service and make a suggestion for what would fit. We will wait for a reply within 24 hours and if no reply received we will process the order with the closest alternative / suggestion or on our decision may cancel the order.

We will not personalise using any terms or words which could be deemed as offensive, racial or derogatory.

We urge you to check your order upon delivery to ensure it is the correct order and the requested personalisation. If there are any errors please contact us through Etsy message service or email contact@daisymolly.co.uk so we can resolve any issues. Any issues raised after 30 days can not be rectified.

Spaces and symbols also count as characters so please consider when requesting your personalisation to ensure it fits.
We do not personalise with special symbols which include hearts or emoji's unless specific to the product being purchased
