If you have chosen a customised item please add the product you want to your cart. Include all information requested in the listing description at checkout. The finaal product will emailed via your Etsy registered email so please do ensure this is accurate!

You MUST have access to a PC or laptop to print all our JPG image do not try to download onto a tablet or phone as the resolution is too high.

We try where possible to work on a 24 hour turnaround but we do ask you allow up to 48hours for emailed delivery. Please ensure you fully read the listing description and supply all the requested information. If you do not then your order may be delayed as we try to contact you to collect extra information. If you require it before that let please let us know and we'll do our very best to get you the digital file more quickly. Check the shop announcement for up to date processing times.

Our glitter or metallic printables will print just like a picture. The glitter look is just a fake glitter texture and therefore no actual glitter or metallic foil will appear when printed.

Our chalkboard or black background images will print just like a picture. The blackboard/black background is embedded within the file and will appear when printed onto white paper you cannot print onto black paper.

PROOFS ARE BY REQUEST for most images however some require proofing as standard
• Proofs of our images with be sent via Etsy Conversations ONLY.
• Proofing includes minor changes only such as a spelling error. Proofing does not permit major design changes not mentioned in the order notes. This includes but is not limited to: resizing, creating a completely new print, changing any text (not provided in the customer's original custom info), rearranging or reworking the design, etc. These such changes will incur additional costs.
• We allow up to 2 free proofs per custom order where its a new design we are creating ONLY for you. Extra proofs are charged.
• Proofs are provided for custom orders only (not Instant Downloads)

For MOST images we design for you this is no problem but this MUST be mentioned in the notes when ordered so we can calibrate the file with the additional wrap edge required if not mentioned during checkout we may charge to amend the design. Some designs are unsuitable for wrapping so if this is hugely important please ASK BEFORE you order. TEMPLATES and INSTANT DOWNLOADS are NOT suitable for canvas printing

wordcount/size are set, please do not ask for less wording/larger sizes. With fewer words, you will get larger gaps, particularly in the central circle images and towards the bottom to allow us to create a straight left and right edge. Please carefully review the example pictures, if you do not like this please consider ordering a CORJL template instead.
We CANNOT determine how each line will start/finish these item require careful alignment of text and ANY small tweaks can affect this formatting so NO CHANGES to the submitted order are permitted after we start work on your order.
