Shipping International has been priced at the Royal Mail First Class Airmail (International Standard). It is generally a very reliable service but does not include tracking. We use this method in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible. However, if you require any other type of postage, e.g. tracked, tracked and signed, priority shipping etc. we would be happy to provide a quote - please convo us for details before placing your order. Please also note that international delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days (depending on local services) but can sometimes take up to 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We can only contact Royal Mail to investigate "missing" parcels 6 weeks after posting.

Items sent within the UK will be mailed using "UK Standard - 2nd Class" in order to keep customers cost down. This service is not tracked. Customers should allow up to five working days for receipt of parcels.

We aim to dispatch all parcels within 1 to 5 working days (see individual items) and they will be packed with great care. We include a small packaging cost in all postage quotes.

Please note: Customers outside of the United Kingdom and Europe are responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other fees associated with their respective countries.
