As I do not typically offer tracking, I may contact you first in this situation through Etsy messages (or via email if no response is received). If a package is returned to me by Royal Mail after a failed delivery attempt I can either:

Offer a refund* if the item(s) is no longer wanted
OR
Offer a refund* for the buyer to then reorder the item, allowing it to be dispatched again. If a returned item is displayed as sold out, please contact me and I will set up a custom listing.

* refunds will not include the initial cost of shipping

It seems to be a common issue that an order may be processed twice, unintentionally. In this case, I will contact you to confirm and if it is in fact a mistake, I will refund the full amount immediately.
