This listing is for a high quality hard enamel brain anatomy pin and a greeting card. The lapel pin has 6 colours (red, blue, green, yellow, white, grey) and the back is very secure with two locking clutches. It would make a great gift for graduation, phd defense, or a gift for a scientist, doctor, or nurse.

The Pin measures 30mm x 30mm and is plated in black nickel (more of a dark grey color rather than black, see pictures). The pin is placed on a backing card, which depicts a brain specimen jar and measures 85mmx55mm.

This beautiful pin is produced using the hard enamel process, which involves multiple stages as follows. The metal pin is stamped to our specifications and the enamel is added. Then it is baked and polished flat to be at the same level as the metal die lines. This must be done one colour at a time and so the use of 6 colours in this pin adds to the processing time and cost. After all the colours are added, the pin is electroplated and polished again to make a durable final product.

Many pins that use less secure clutches are lost when worn or spins around instead of staying upright as you initially placed it. For these reasons, I've placed 2 locking clutches that allow you to securely fasten the pin badge to your lapel or bag without losing it or turning upside down. You can open the locking mechanism by pulling out on the backing while moving the whole backing off of the pin.

The pin shown in the video has one locking clutches but yours will have two and work the same way.

Packaging
The pin on the backing card is placed in a clear sleeve to protect it during transit. This is then placed in a jiffy bag for postage. If you want plastic-free packaging, please note in order. The packaging for pin postage may be larger than expected (170x245mm) because other customers may order cards at the same time. We are working on improving this at the moment. If you request gift wrapping for the enamel pin, it will be wrapped in brown kraft paper, with a bow.

Cards are sent in hard backed envelopes.

Small embroidery pieces are placed in small gift boxes and posted in Jiffy bags.

Framed embroidery art is wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap, and posted in a sturdy cardboard box.

T-shirts and tote bags are placed in clear biodegradable compostable sleeves and posted in recyclable envelopes.

*During busy times, other packaging may be used due to supplier delays.

The buyer is responsible for charges for currency exchange, taxes, and customs duties. The parcel will not be marked as a gift.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Following payment, ready to ship items will normally be brought to the post office within 1 to 3 business days and sent via Royal Mail 2nd class for UK and International Standard everywhere else if you do not upgrade.

If you are in the UK, the package should be delivered to your address within 3-5 business days after shipment. After shipment, the packages should be delivered to your country within:
Europe 5-15 business days
North America 9-20 business days
Other 10-25 business days

These are estimated delivery times by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Delays due to customs and local mail service are unfortunate but may occur. You may have to be extra patient for customs to release your parcel.

I am unable to ship to all countries due to legal obligations involved in waste management in certain countries. While I am happy to participate in such programs (such as for Germany), it doesn't make financial sense if the number of orders from the affected country doesn't justify paying an annual fee. For this reason, I will cancel your order if you request delivery to affected destinations, including but not limited to:

Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, France, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

Please contact me with the date the item was delivered, photographs of the damaged item and packaging within 2 days of delivery, so that we can submit a claim with Royal Mail or Printful.

Then, return the damaged item via tracked delivery to be issued a refund within 14 working days of receipt. If you return the item via standard delivery and the item gets lost during transit, you will not be issued a refund.

I offer Signed For delivery. If you choose to have your package delivered by Standard Service rather than Signed For, this is at your own risk.

Custom or made to order exempt.

Convo me to return your item in its original condition in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return tracked shipping costs (even if you used standard delivery to receive). You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return package. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, refund will be deducted for loss in value.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, indicate clearly on the package that you are returning a purchase. Customs duties or taxes incurred during return will be deducted from the refund.

If the package gets lost during return, please provide the tracking number. Without this, no refunds will be issued.
