✦ Proof of posting can always be provided, however I'm not responsible for any items lost in transit should an untracked delivery method be selected.

✦ All International orders are delivered by Royal Mail from UK:

1. International Standard (untrackable)
Average 2-6 weeks (up to 8 weeks)

2. International Tracked/Signed
Average 1-3 weeks

✦ All eligible US Free Shipping is untrackable. However proof of posting can always be provided (I'm not responsible for any items lost in transit).

✦ Any delay at the destination countries are beyond my control. You're responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred at your country's border.

✦ Note: For International orders, some countries take longer due to customs clearances. Please do contact me if you haven't received your order after 35 working days of the dispatch date. So I can contact the courier for you.

✦ If you wish to cancel your order, please request a cancellation ASAP within 2 hours of purchase.

✦ If you've accidentally entered wrong shipping address, please contact me immediately to change your details.

✦ If your order has already been sent out, I CANNOT cancel, change, or re-route your product. And you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. It's your responsibility to ensure all details are correct before purchase. I take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.

✦ LandofFantasy reserves the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

✦ If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, please retain all packaging and contact me within 3 days of delivery. I'll accept return in the form of STORE CREDIT.

✦ Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.

✦ All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. If not, you're responsible for any loss in value.

✦ You're responsible for return postage costs as well as items lost, stolen, or mishandled, as such I recommend shipping with tracking.

✦ The original outgoing shipping postage costs are non-refundable.

✦ Note: when you are returning your order, there will be a 10-20% deduction from the transaction, due to the packaging and handling costs.

✦ For any parcels that are "Returned To Sender", I will not send any replacement parcels or offer a refund if the parcel was returned for the following 2 reasons:

1. The address provided by you was not correct.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order. I am not responsible for packages delivered to wrong address.

2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

✦ If re-shipping is requested, I need you to confirm your shipping details again, and the re-shipping postage & handling costs will be at your expense.

✦ For all international orders, please provide the full name and address in English at the checkout. I will inform you by Etsy message if I'm unable to fulfill your order.

✦ All orders will be sent to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order.

✦ Please double check your shipping address is correct before checking out. All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" due to incomplete or inaccurate address will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.

✦ I am not responsible for packages delivered to wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing the order.

Our jewellery are mainly made from '925 STERLING SILVER' and 'FRESHWATER PEARLS'. They can experience normal wear and tear with use. To extend the life of your jewellery, it's best to:

✦ Put them on last and take them off first.

✦ Keep them away from water, sweat, perfume, hair spray, cosmetics and other chemicals.

✦ Always keep separately in a zip bag or airtight container when it is not being worn.

PEARLS are special and unique, their intrinsic luster and glow will improve when worn regularly. They should ONLY be cleaned with a soft cloth moistened with water.

925 STERLING SILVER jewellery will get tarnished over time and achieve a vintage silver look. However it can be simply cleaned by a silver polishing cloth.
