It is that when a customer makes a purchase in our store, they should be aware that we will send them proof of what their final printed banner will look like.

l- If the customer requests a refund after 1 to 20 days of placing the order, a 100% refund will be issued.

ll- If the customer requests a refund after 21 to 30 DAYS after the order has been processed, only 50% will be refunded.

lll- Lastly, if the customer has not responded or approved the banner design, and requests a refund 1 MONTH (30 DAYS) of placing the order, the order will not be refunded.

You will need to add the following information in the customization box:

- Name of the birthday boy or girl
- Age of the birthday boy or girl
- Date of the event

Step 2. We will start working on your custom design and when we have it ready we will send you a sample. This sample needs to have your approval, or if you require changes you must let us know.
Step 3. Once the design is approved, it will be sent to production (3 working days) and you will receive it within 5 to 10 days.

IMPORTANT You must approve the design of your order before sending it to print. If you do not respond and approve the design, your package will not arrive on time. Cancellations and refunds in this situation may differ depending on the time it takes to respond.

When we provide you with the tracking number and you have an estimated arrival date by the shipping company, if it is delayed, it is the responsibility of the shipping company and you must take care of the problem with the shipping company.
If your package arrives with a delay longer than the time estimated by Etsy and our store, you must report it directly to the shipping company, providing your tracking number and the estimated delivery time you were assured of.
