The shades have an uno fitting to fit both standard UK & European table/floor, wall light and ceiling fittings
European fitting (40mm) with a British adaptor (28mm)

WE MAKE TO ORDER....if you are unsure of colour please ask for a FREE FABRIC/LINING SAMPLE, please do not rely on computer screens for exact colours as different monitors may show colours differently to originals colours

Due to the thickness of some fabrics and inner lining light will tend to disperse from the top and bottom of the shade and not the sides

**PLEASE NOTE** if the lampshade has an inner lining metallic, vinyl & wallpaper, the inner lining will not allow the light to permeate as well through the sides as without, the amount of light will vary with different colours. The light will tend to glow from the top & bottom of the shade, with a hue of the lining colour. The larger the shade the more light you will have, the glow of the lining colour will be stronger with a smaller lampshade

All our shades are made with a flame retardant lining which is tested for fire resistance to comply with BS EN 60598-1-2008 - the British Standard for Luminaries, the PVC lining material has been tested in the Lighting Association laboratories and has passed the glow wire test. Fabrics, textiles, paper or plastics that have been laminated to our PVC, become fire resistant
Low energy bulbs are strongly recommended, we recommend that you use a bulb of maximum 60W Standard, 48W Halogen or 12W LED

*RETRUNS & REFUNDS POLICY*

We accept refunds within 14 days from the date of delivery to return it in its original packaging and resalable condition under the Distance selling regulations if item is faulty but these items are bespoke/handmade to order and refunds are at our discretion within UK Law, bespoke items are non returnable unless faulty or damaged under UK law
All items need to be checked for any damages on arrival, please notify of any damages with photos the same day of arrival, customer maybe liable for any damages after this period. Any items damaged in transit will be replaced ASAP

We offer free samples 'Change of mind' or 'not the same colour as picture' are not acceptable for returns, it is up to our discretion for refunds issued
Customers are liable for delivery charges & return delivery charges on 'Change of mind' returns, change of mind returns will occur a handling fee, customer will need to arrange return delivery and any damages/loss that are occurred in transit are your responsibility, we recommend insurance is taken on the item. Please use a reputable courier and pack item the same way sent with packing materials and send item on next day shipping to help eliminate any damages in transit, the slower the delivery the more time the item will be in a depot move around which can cause damages

Returned items should be unused and the item should be returned in its original condition that it was sent to you with original packaging, refunds will only be given once we have received the item/s and they have been inspected for any damage or use. Once returned we will inspect the item is brought back in the exact same condition it was sent to you and suitable for resale, if any mishandling to item by the buyer has occurred we may make a deduction from the refund within UK law
