Corner shelf fitting instructions:
You will need an electric drill, 7mm and 3mm drill bit, screwdriver (pz2), hammer, spirit level, pencil and ruler/ measuring tape.
4x brown plugs, screws and corner brackets which are supplied.
1. Identify the height that you would like the corner shelf.
2. Hold the shelf in the corner at the chosen height and ensure level using the spirit level.
3. With your pencil mark a line along the length of the shelf, where the bottom of the shelf meets the wall, for both sides.
4. Using a ruler, make a mark at 35mm along the line from the corner. Then make a second mark at 170mm along the line from the corner. Do this for both sides.
5. Place a bracket on the 35mm mark, ensuring the bracket is at right angles to the wall and the bottom of the bracket sits on the line. Mark the screw hole with a pencil. Do the same at the 170mm mark. Repeat on the other side.
6. Drill the holes with the 7mm drill bit, hammer in the wall plugs and screw on the brackets.
7. Place shelf onto brackets and mark screw holes onto the underside of the shelf. Drill with a 3mm drill bit into the wood where you have marked.
9. Place shelf back onto the brackets and screw together.
If unsure, please have your shelf fitted by a professional trades person. I cannot take responsibility for incorrect fitting or drilling through electrical cables, water pipes, etc....
