This story is around 3000 words long and is particularly suited to children, or the young at heart who still believe in magic.

It was originally written for a little boy called Thomas, who is the forever owner of the story.

STORY SCROLLS - WHAT ARE THESE TINY THINGS?

Story scrolls are tiny stories printed on tiny scrolls. Every story comes tied with a ribbon and is presented in a tiny box. I authenticate every story by signing it and stamping it with my special ink stamp. I also write you a tiny thank you card that comes in a tiny envelope. If you would like this personalised then just let me know! This all gets sent to you in wax-sealed envelope.

STORY SCROLLS - MY ETHOS

Whilst I have taken great care to package my tiny stories as beautifully as possible, with ribbons and stamps and lovely boxes, what’s most important to me is what’s printed on the scroll – the story. I write novels for my day job (if you Google rhysthomashello you can find me) and I want you to know that every story I write takes me a long time, even the very small ones. They all mean a great deal to me and so whilst the scrolls are lovely, it’s the words that are printed on them that will hopefully give the thing most meaning.

When you buy a story scroll I want you to receive a tale of the highest possible quality, because stories are excellent ways for souls to connect, and the best of them make us feel less alone.

SOME THINGS TO NOTE

The paper I print my stories on is a nice quality cream stock. The font is also quite small. I can read it fine but it might be you need a magnifying glass to read the longer stories, where I need to cram in all the words – this hopefully adds to the fun.

Some stories are really small and some are a bit longer. For this reason I charge different prices. Stories under 500 words are £7, 500-2000 are £8, and anything longer is £9, unless the story is so long it needs to go on more than 1 scroll, in which case they are £10. At the moment, I can only ship to the UK, and the price includes postage (which is sadly quite expensive because the boxes the scrolls come in are quite thick).
