I send UK orders out by 2nd class mail to keep costs down, but you can upgrade to 1st class if you want it faster. Please get in touch if you're really in a rush and would like to use a different service, like Signed For or Special Delivery.

I want your order to reach you safely so I wrap cards in protective cello bags and post them in card-backed envelopes. However, I know that reducing packaging, especially plastic, is important; so if you'd prefer not to have the cello bag, please let me know when you place your order.

Sure! If you want me to send your order straight to the recipient, mark it as a gift and enter their name and address as the delivery address.

If you want to add a gift message, add that in the gift message or note to seller box and that can be printed off and put inside their parcel.

Or if your order includes a card, add the message you want written inside the card and I'll write and post it for you.
