Please note that numbers and symbols count as a character e.g. "M & H" or "1🤍G" would be a 3 letter necklace.

• We gladly accept cancellations

• Please request your cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

• As all items are custom made we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery unless there is a error made by us. We know that these products can be very important for you so, if you have an issue with your piece, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can solve the problem within 14 days of receiving your jewellery.
We will not be able to replace or refund any item after 14 days.

C A R E ∙ I N S T R U C T I O N S
• We go through extra coating and polishing processes for your long-term use and to make them better quality, so you will not encounter any problems such as blackening or discoloration for a long time.

• Although our jewellery is of high quality with extra layers to ensure longevity, plated jewellery should be cleaned periodically. It is very important to keep your jewellery dry to prolong its life. (Never spray your jewellery with perfume, chemical reactions with other elements such as chlorine and perspiration can cause tarnish).

• Remove jewellery when exercising or doing physical activities, as prolonged contact with sweat can cause the coating to wear off more quickly. Never use abrasive chemicals or products to clean your jewellery. After each use, you can gently wipe each piece of jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove makeup and skin oils to prevent scratching.
You can also take a shower with your jewellery.
