Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm concerned with your review, as this is a matter I need to investigate. I'm a little baffled at how this has happened, as I post all my items securely in good quality secure packaging. Once I hand my parcels over to the delivery office they are out of my hands & control. As this parcel has travelled from the UK to Australia it has obviously been mishandled along the way and I apologise that it has reached you like this.

Item was super easy to order, difficult part was choosing which fabric design to pick as so much choice. Despatched quickly with tracking and arrived soon after. It’s such a cute bag, perfect for the job and will be packed in my hospital bag ready for use after surgery. Really happy with it.
