Boom! Pow! TransMask is a DIY zine of poetry, drawings, cut-outs, and a dress-up doll with over 15 accessories!
This is a pamphlet for queers of the apocalypse. Outlining 20 ways in which face masks are queer objects, it talks about community care, identity and gender in a time of isolation. Written during the first year of the pandemic, the poems reflect on the wider idea of a dying world, and our place in it as queers. It is an ode to the strength of our communities, and to our resilience as individuals.
