We no longer take liability for overseas shipping due to the amount of stock that has been damaged by couriers. We would say that over 70% of overseas shipping arrives undamaged, but couriers will not insure furniture. If you would like to purchase one of our items and accept that if the item arrives broken, Marshall Walker will not be liable for any refund. This includes the cost of the item and the shipping charge.
RELISTING FEE
Failure to contact us, or arrange shipping within 10 days, will result in the item being re-listed for sale and the buyer will receive a refund of their payment minus an administration fee of £15.
ANTIQUE FURNITURE SALES
All of our antique furniture is of age. It will show signs of wear, typical of its age. All sales are purchased based on photographs taken by Marshall Walker. If you require further photography please message us and we will send them to you within 24 hours. Once purchased, Marshall Walker is only responsible for safe carriage to your chosen destination. We have a 14-day statutory return policy. Buyers must pay for the return postage and ensure the product is returned in the same condition it left us.
