These tips will help prolong the look and lustre of your new piece of jewelry. The number one thing you should never do is expose 14k solid gold or gold fill jewelry to chlorine, including pools and hot tubs). Chlorine and 14k gold react and the chemical attacks the metal and causes discoloration and deterioration. You will greatly prolong the life of your pieces if you treat them well. Try not to swim, shower, exercise or sleep with your jewelry on. Over time, your brass, copper, sterling silver, and gold fill might begin to patina or tarnish. I do not recommend sleeping,or showering with your jewelry on or storing it in the bathroom as the humidity drastically speeds up tarnishing.

All my items come in a custom stamped gift box with a raffia ribbon bow. Ready to give to that special someone. If you'd like me to include a gift note, please let me know what you'd like it to say and I'd be happy to ship it direct to the recipient.

When ordering bracelets please measure your wrist carefully using a piece of string and a ruler. Don't cut off your circulation but definitely wrap the string snugly around your wrist, mark where the string meets itself and then measure that distance. This is the size you should order from the pull down menu on the listing. I'll add just enough length to make the bracelet fit perfectly without being too tight or uncomfortable.

Is your jewelry Nickel-Free?

All of our jewelry does contain some nickel, either in trace amounts or in the base metal under the plating. The only true nickel free metals are pure 24k gold, titanium, platinum, rhodium, and some sterling silver. Surgical steel, 18k gold, 14k gold, and some sterling silver, all contain trace amounts of nickel but are still considered to be hypo-allergenic for most people. Brass is not hypo-allergenic and does contain nickel so should be avoided by people with nickel allergies. This is not just true for my jewelry but for all jewelry. Beware of shops that state otherwise.

What's up with Receipts, Gift Notes and Packaging

All of our jewelry is packaged in a custom gift box. We will happily include a gift note and never include a printed receipt, so your jewelry is ready to be gifted right out of the package.

Each of the stones we use to create these special earrings were formed by nature over millions of years. Each one is unique and beautiful just like nature itself.
