We have three domestic (UK) shipping options for you to select from.

FREE DELIVERY:
If you select free delivery, orders are sent Second Class via Royal Mail and will take around 2-4 business days to arrive once shipped.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:
If you select express delivery, orders will be sent First Class via Royal Mail and should arrive in 1-2 business days.

However, please note that these delivery times are estimates and the actual delivery times will depend on the courier.

Our menus and invites are printed on 300gsm card (unless otherwise stated in the listing description).
For context, standard notebook or basic printer copy paper is around 90-100gsm. Our card is stiff but still bendable.

If you require your order urgently we will speed the processing time up if you purchase the 'rush my order' listing.

However, please contact us before purchasing to check we have capacity.

The purpose of the digital sample is for you to see what your invite or menu will look like with your specific details on ahead of ordering.
You will receive a watermarked png file (which isn't editable).
No physical item will be sent.

If you would like a physical sample sent in the post, please order a 'Personalised Sample'.

If you have a change of mind, please message us within 12 hours of placing the order to let us know you would like to cancel. We can then cancel and refund your order.

Outside of this timeframe, we can cancel your order but we won't be able to refund your order.

Unfortunately we don't offer reverse printing.

We only sell our designs in sets of 10.

We do advise customers to order at least 5-10 more than they think they’ll need, mainly as we find many customers ordering extra invites after their initial order.

Sometimes invites get lost in the post or they've forgotten a guest they want to invite. You may also want an extra invite for the photographer or just as a keepsake for yourself.

Yes, we can add a QR code to any of our invite designs.

We can generate the QR code for you (just put your wedding website address in the order details) or, if you already have one, you can send it to us via Etsy messages.
