e. Please confirm the digitized version of the design, if possible, within 72 hours of receiving the message. This is to ensure that we meet our promised dispatch time as well as allowing us to make changes to your design.
f. We aim embroider the design as soon as we get your confirmation and dispatch as soon as it is completed within our dispatch time.

However, when we receive a group or large amount of order, please allow up to 10 - 14 days for your order to be digitised, embroidered, packed and shipped. Due to the nature of our service, unfortunately, garments that are individually personalised are not eligible for exchange or refund when personalisation details have spelling errors or when a wrong size was ordered.

* Sizing varies greatly from brand to brand and no one brand is "True to Size".

Order Cancellation.
An order can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer.
WHOLESALE AVAILABILITY:
The fleece jacket and production costs for us are the same whether it's one item or more, and because of this, I am not able to offer discount on the basic price of each item here in ETSY. Please contact us at customuniweardesigns [!at] gmail.com to discuss alternative options. When ordering as a group, we will combine multiple orders and will refund the excess postage charges via Paypal. Please leave us a message that you have multiple orders pending so we know to combine. Please ensure that there is only one person ordering and one designated shipping address.
Shipping & Handling Policy:
* All goods are subject to availability. When out of stock, we will try to replace the garment with alternative options if preferred.
* As we are a small business, we do our best to figure shipping costs appropriately. we will refund excess shipping charges at our discretion. We do charge a very small handling fee to cover for all packaging supplies needed to get your order to you safely. We appreciate your understanding.
* Currently our shipping cost are determined by cost of order.
* Buyers will be responsible for paying the reposting fee of returned to sender items due to address error or non collection of retained items from local Royal Mail Delivery Offices after failed delivery attempts. We do not require buyers to pay the seller's return to sender charges by RM.
* Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us by telephone within 48 hours and in writing within 3 working days of dispatch, if there are shortages, the item is defective or has production errors, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask for it to be returned for inspection or send us an e-mail with photographic evidence. Shortages must be supported by the delivery company's POD or signed confirmation of delivery.
* We will make every effort to deliver your orders on time but we hold no responsibility for late or non-delivery.
* Please take special note that we are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by the delivery company but is missing to you. Custom Uniwear Designs holds no responsibility for items which may be damaged or lost when customers have requested items to be left in specific collection locations by delivery companies e.g. Behind Bin or Porch.
* If you believe that your package is legitimately missing via the delivery companies, please contact the delivery company as they are better equipped to locate your package.
* Please understand that we are a small business where the policy provided is not to remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation in locating your package or financially. Production at our level is very costly and the time and effort we put into your garments are also very valuable.
* We will do anything within our capabilities to help resolve any issue and will work in your behalf to resolve any situation that may arise. We will file a claim on your behalf but we will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Before washing, always look at the care label and carefully follow the instructions. Most good quality detergents, washing machines and fabrics are manufactured to ensure that when the stated instructions are adhered to and the garment is washed according to the said temperature and dried as per the procedures mentioned; they will wash well and look good after each wash.
The following points should be used as guidelines for all garments:
Before washing, close all zips, undo buttons, check pockets for loose or sharp objects, flatten out collars and cuffs.
Always refer to the Label before Washing.
Always check to ensure the Washing Machine is not overloaded.
Use a good quality detergent and ensure that the right amount of detergent is used.
