As all orders are custom personalised, unless there is a printing error, unfortunately no refunds are offered.

Ribbon racks can be exchanged/refunded provided they are returned to the seller within 14 days and in perfect condition. Items must be sent recorded/signed for at the cost to the seller.
Upon receipt and check of the returned item a refund will be issued.

Wrapping papers and sets are posted 2nd class free of charge within the UK.
If you have an urgent order, please message me as I can usually accommodate last minute orders but there will be a fee for 1st class or next day delivery.
