DESCRIPTION OF THE FINISHED ITEM

A bird table will make a great addition to your garden and will hopefully attract some of our feathered friends. For the standalone version, the table measures 5ft off the ground. The base spans about 2 ½ ft and the table is 20” square.

The important features of these designs are;
1, It is sufficiently high off the ground (at least 5ft if you have a cat)
2, The table top is free draining
3, It has a roof to keep the food (mostly) dry.

YES, YOU CAN BUILD IT!

This project is aimed at the home DIY enthusiast, no particular skillset required although you will need some basic skills such as cutting the materials to the required length and assembly. No special skills or tools required other than a saw, a tape measure, a drill and a screwdriver. Great project for a beginner.
