First off, let me say, the owner of this shop, is great to work with. When she mailed out my purchase, there was another purchase, going out also, at the same time, and the shipping label, were mixed up. As soon as she realize, what had happened, she notified me, because the other reciepient, was out of town, l had to wait a considerable time, for my item, but I was willing to do it, even though, she was willing to cancel the transaction and return, my money. I really wanted this item, I now have it, it arrived in excellent shape, something that doesn't always happen, when you are in the states, and make a purchase out of Canada. I am beyond pleased with this, well worth the wait. Thank you Melanie, for everything, you did, to correct this, I look forwardd to more business with you. Susie Brooks
