Yes. Proofs are provided on all Personalised Prints and Wedding + Event Stationery orders excluding stickers and Bridal Proposal Cards. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering. If an error has occurred, please message me so the order can be amended. Upon receiving your proof, you will be required to reply advising you are happy to send to print - I am not able to print items until you have signed off the artwork. It is your responsibility to double check the artwork you have received is correct as I am unable to amend the design once it has been sent to print.

*In the rare instance it is myself that has made the error, I will do everything I can to fix it*

Custom requests are welcomed and I will work with you to ensure I achieve your desired design, however, I will not copy another designers artwork.

Personalised Orders and Custom Requests are not eligible for a return or refund under the UK Government Distance Selling Laws. If an item is damaged in transit or if I have made an error, I will issue you with a replacement order or refund. I am not able to issue refunds for items that are delayed in the mail until it is classed as lost by Royal Mail, the timescale for deliveries can be found in the FAQs or order confirmation email.

If the amount of characters is significantly more than the current amount, an additional fee may be incurred due to the extra time and ink required. Failing to message Wild Bloom Designs prior to ordering your card with additional text that is longer than the current wording, May result in your order being cancelled.

Processing times are displayed on each listing and is the time it takes for me to create your order. If your order requires a proof, please be aware the processing time and estimated delivery date may not be accurate as I will require you to sign off on your design.

Orders under £10 are sent via 1st Class Mail/International Standard.
Orders over £10 are sent via 1st Class Signed For/International Signed For.

There is an option for UK customers to upgrade their shipping method at the checkout to Signed for or Guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm, excluding processing time and weekends/bank holidays.

Etsy's delivery estimates may not always be accurate due to varying factors such as busy seasonal periods, staff shortages, weather disruptions etc. Please see below for accurate information.

For UK orders, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-3 working days once it has been posted, it can take up to 10 working days after the estimated delivery to arrive, excluding bank holidays + weekends.

For International orders, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-15 working days once it has been posted, it can take up to 25 working days after the estimated delivery date to arrive, excluding bank holidays + weekends.

Colours on screen are just a representation of the colours that will be printed. While we try our utmost to represent these as accurately as possible, we can't guarantee they'll be an exact match. This is due to the difference in screen resolution depending on the device you are looking at when purchasing. I am not able to issue a refund due to a colour variation.

Colours and variations can be found in the images on the listing where applicable. If you are unsure, I would suggest ordering a sample.
