The photographs are printed on high quality semi-gloss photo paper that offers a sharp photographic reproduction. They are printed with a white border, where we include the descriptive copy (where applicable). When choosing the framed option, they are framed in 100% real wood frames with a matt black finish and shatterproof plexiglass. For our canvas prints, we remove the white border and text so the print features across the full face of the canvas.

All orders we dispatch are sent tracked and the tracking number should be shown on your order on the ETSY system. If your item has not arrived yet 3-4 days after we have marked it as dispatched, please check the tracking at Royal Mail Track and Trace or the courier's website.

If (and this is extremely rare) the order has not arrived after 15 working days, we will send out a replacement.

On very rare occasions, our framed photos are damaged in transit, which is the cause of any damage, as all orders are checked before dispatch. If this happens, we will replace the item free of charge, as we will do if we have made an error when sending out your order. The quickest way to get a replacement is to email us via the ETSY email system and attach a photo of the damaged item. Once we receive this we will normally send out the replacement within 3 working days.

Our standard turnaround is 3-4 working days to dispatch although we try and get them out as soon as possible. Please note that on ETSY they split the processing time, which is our handling time and the delivery time, which is how long the Royal Mail or other courier takes to deliver the item (1-2 days). This can change during particularly busy periods but we always update our handling time and this will be displayed next to the product.

We send all orders out tracked and the tracking number should be supplied by ETSY when the order is dispatched. There are occasions, particularly during industrial action, where an item may be delivered late. If you are supplied with a tracking number, then the item has been dispatched, so after that, we are in the hands of the Royal Mail/Courier.

It is very rare for an item to be lost in the post, and therefore if there are delays in the system, we need to allow more time for it to be delivered. We do not send out replacements until 10 working days after it has been dispatched, to allow for any potential delays.
