I didn’t received any of my order including this one

Response from Noble Creations

She only have one item ordered from us. We mailed the item to the client but the item was returned to us because of insufficient address. We asked her to give us the complete address but she just want us to mail it again which we are sure will result with the same thing. We refunded it instead since she doesn't want to cooperate. Now she is claiming as if she ordered multiple and that we didn't send it to her at all where in fact she knew very well what really happened and that she was refunded for it. We uphold our reputation and we don't let this kind of derogatory review slide without us clearing our side.
