Unfortunately, we are not accepting custom orders at the moment.

If you're based in the UK your order should be with you within 1-3 working days after the shipping date, but allow up to 7 working days as delays can occur.

If your order shipped via International Standard the estimated delivery time from the shipping date is 1-3 weeks, however allow up to 8 weeks at the moment due to Covid and seasonal delays.

Unless you purchase upgraded shipping at checkout I don't provide any tracking details unfortunately.

I always do my best to ensure all orders are shipped out asap, however after that they are out of my hands and can encounter delays along the way (especially if its the holidays or postal strikes are happening).

Once the expected delivery date has passed, please send me a message to let me know, after checking that the address you have provided is correct... and I will resolve the issue for you.

Please note that extreme weather conditions and other situations that are beyond the postal service control can affect the time of delivery.

I've recently swapped to outsourcing the production of my stickers, so I'm gradually building up my stock levels, so we will be offering these other hair colours soon! Keep up to date with everything on Instagram.
