Personalised items are personalised using high quality vinyl to ensure a long lasting life, care instructions are as follows:

- Wash inside out on 30 degrees or less
- Do NOT tumble dry
- Iron inside out on a low temperature

White vinyl will be used for name personalisation apart from the white hat which will be personalised with grey.

Please double check all spellings and grammar before placing an order as we will personalise the item with the exact text that is written in the personalisation box. Cancellations/returns are not accepted on personalised items.

Hand crafted gift tag (left blank or we can write a message for you if being sent directly to the recipient, please leave a small message in the ‘note to buyer’ section at checkout and we will hand write this on the gift tag for you, the gift tag is standard size so can only fit a very small message to say who it’s from ect.)

If your order was late due to Royal Mail delays we are happy to accept a return and offer you a full refund for the item but the buyer is responsible for return postage. We do not accept forced returns and will require a parcel reference number from your return receipt.

If Royal Mail attempt to deliver an item but there is no answer, they will leave a slip with the options to re arrange delivery or collect the parcel. They will only hold the item for 18 days, if no collection or re delivery is made within this time the item will be returned to sender. There are also others reasons an item will be returned to sender.

Non personalised items: once we receive the item we will refund the cost of the item minus the delivery. If you would still like the item you can then place a new order.

Personalised items: if the item is personalised we will NOT issue a refund as we do not accept returns on personalised items. In this case, we will send a link to pay the postage cost and we will re send the item.
