This necklace is pretty but the clasp is so difficult to use and cheap, I will never be able to wear it

Hi Pam, I’m really sorry to hear you’re finding the clasp hard to use. I know clasps can be tricky at the best of times so I try hard in my listing to make sure everyone knows exactly what they’re getting so that they can make an informed choice for themselves and their own wants/needs. If you were in the U.K. I’d swap it over for something you find easier to use but that’s a bit tricky with you being overseas. If you’re handy with a set of pliers, or know of a small jewellery/bead shop that would be able to make simple alterations for you then I’m more than happy to ship an alternative clasp to you. Please do reach out if you’d like to explore that option!
