This variegated cardigan looks fabulous teamed with jeans. The example shown is knitted in 4ply and has coordinating little buttons added to finish. It has a single-rib collar, double-rib cuffs and bottom edging and an increasing circular yoke, which features variegated yarn, as well as on the main body. It’s knitted up in one piece, on the flat from top down. The only seams to join are under each sleeve. Buttonholes are worked into the pattern.

FINISHED SIZE (approximate):
Length = 5.5"/14cm,
Chest = 8.75"/22cm,
Hips = 9.25"/24cm
Shoulder/Sleeve (from collar base to cuff) = 5.5"/14cm,
Sleeve (underarm to cuff) = 3"/7.5cm

SUPPLIES REQUIRED
Yarn: 2 x 50g balls 4ply (US fingering), example uses WYS Signature 4ply (available in 100g balls)
Gauge: 44 stitches x 52 rows per 4" square, using stocking stitch, on 2mm needles
Needles: 2mm (US size 0)
Notions: stitch-holders, darning needle, seven 5mm buttons, small needle and thread for buttons
