Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Etsy with link to download your new files. If you don’t find it in the inbox, please check the spam/junk mail folder in case it got sent there by mistake. You can also find the download link in your Etsy account under Purchases (www.etsy.com/your/purchases).

No, there are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

When files are too large to upload to Etsy, you will receive a PDF with link to our Google Drive where you can download the files. PDF files can be opened with a PDF reader such as Acrobat Reader. You can download Acrobat Reader for free here:

If you purchased a digital download as a guest, your download link will be in the receipt email you received from Etsy after your order. If you don’t find it in the inbox, please check the spam/junk mail folder. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

If you used Apple Pay and have the "Hide My Email" feature turned on then you will not receive the automated email with the download link from Etsy. To access your downloads, sign into Etsy on your computer or mobile browser and go to your Purchases page (www.etsy.com/your/purchases).

• Print at your local print store (eg. Staples, Costco, Walgreens, etc.)
• Upload and print online (e.g. VistaPrint, Shutterfly, Poster Jack etc.)

For best results, I recommend printing on good quality cardstock or photo paper with matte/satin finish. Canvas is also a great option!
