This is really scary soviet Army officer's gas mask "PBF". Made in USSR

The PBF "Filter Biochemical gas mask" was first created in 1982 and was widely issued within the Soviet Union and the German NVA until 1989, when it was considered obsolete by officials. A special feature of this mask is that the filters are designed to last 7 days under chemical attack (this made the mask quite popular as regular gas masks only last 1 day at the most). The mask itself is only designed for gas attacks, not defense against Nuclear threats. It is nicknamed the Hamster, Gorilla or the Polar Bear gas mask and is a must have for a gas mask collector. Steam-punk mask.

Big XL size.

Used, comes with filters installed inside the mask and the case(good condition). Some rubber discoloring in the front, so check the pictures carefully.

You will get the mask, that is in the pictures!

Good for carnavals!

Frequently asked questions about OldSchoolKitsch

All the stuff I sell are made many years ago. So except them to look and work not necessarily the same as the products made nowadays. They might be scratched, might be fragile and you might find some rust. However, I try to describe them accurately and try to provide really informative pictures to help you understand, what you are buying.
Items will be sent by "Lithuanian Post" within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Mostly, I try to ship a soon as possible. You will get a message from me, after the package is dispatched.
I ship worldwide from Lithuania using registered priority airmail, you will need to sign it upon delivery. The package will be delivered by your national post. You will get a message from us with a registration code after the package is dispatched. US/UK/CA/AUS national tracking systems will NOT show the tracking information.
If you do not get your item in 3 weeks, call your post to ask about it. Tell them your reigstration code (you will get it once the item will be dispatched). Most of the time, the package is in the post office, because the buyer was not available while they tried to deliver it. The post holds the unclaimed packages for 20 days! After that they send it back to Lithuania! I can resend it afterwords, but will ask you to pay for second shipping.
It depends on the country you live in. US/UK/CA/AUS national tracking systems will NOT show the tracking information for the items that weights less than 2 kg. Bigger ones should work. In all cases, try tracking with your registration code through your national post web page.
First of all call you post to ask about it. Tell them your registration number. If it is not there - write me a message and we will find a solution. This is registered/signed mail, so the search for the packaging location will be started.
