Some items may have slight indents on the back of the piece due to stamping on the front side. This is normal for hand stamping.

Metal will tarnish and will require polishing to keep it bright.

If you feel there may be a manufacturing issue, of any kind, please feel free to contact us at the first instance with photographs.
In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing defect, we will decide to carry out repairs, replace or refund your piece for you free of charge.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the problem is due to accidental damage or general wear, we will always contact you to discuss the best options for repair and the costs involved. There may be a charge for the repair but we will notify you of the estimate before proceeding with any work.

No, as all the stamping is done by hand there may be variations in spacing, alignment and depth so please don’t look on these as flaws. I am not a machine that etches perfectly – any variations or marks from manufacturing should be regarded as characteristics unique to your piece. We feel this makes each item more personal.

As most of the items are made to order or can be personalised, all invoices must be paid in full before work commences. You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period on personalised goods, BUT, if the work is started within this time it may not be possible to fully refund, and if specific items are purchased for your item with the 14 days, you may be eligible for a refund minus the cost of said items.

We only use Royal Mail for shipping.

Please note that an item it not considered lost by the Royal Mail until 10 days after the due delivery date to allow for delays.

Losses must be reported within 30 days of your order date. Reported losses after this time will not be upheld.

We only use Etsy postage labels for proof of dispatch.

Please not that standard post is international post not tracked but standard UK post is.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Items that are made to order, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Incorrect size orders placed by the customer

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs including faulty items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If goods arrive in a damaged condition, are incorrect, or there are any shortages, it is your responsibility to inform me in the first instance with photographic evidence in order to obtain an exchange or refund.

Royal Mail UK Standard 1st Class - Recorded upon delivery & is typically a 1-2 day service - £20 insurance included.

Royal Mail UK Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. £500 insurance included (weekdays only)

International Standard - Untracked at your risk & is typically a 10 day service (Europe) - £20 insurance included. Please allow up to 4 weeks for long haul.

International Tracked - They aim to deliver within 5-7 day (Europe). Please allow up to 4 weeks for long haul - £50 insurance included.
