This is a pattern for my sun and moon granny squares! It is detailed and includes many photos for those that are more visual learners! I have put both patterns on the same PDF document :). *PLEASE NOTE: I have other patterns available in my shop that INCLUDE these squares in them, so check out my shop if interested! Purchase of the individual granny square pattern is NOT necessary for the other patterns as it is included **

I have classified this pattern to be at an intermediate level. Though I think an advanced beginner could give it a try :)

This pattern is written in US terms (English) - You should know the following stitches for this pattern: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and triple crochet.

I use worsted weight level 4 cotton yarn but you are welcome to use any yarn you would like.
