HOW TO ORDER:

1. Choose whether you require your ceramic bauble to be shipped in a printed gift box and, if so, which design you would like printed on the giftbox:

2. Choose colour for rabbit's jacket and coloured lines from first dropdown:
- RED
- GREEN
- BLUE
- PINK

3. Using 3 SEPARATE lines, please enter:
- Name: (10 characters max)
- Date/Time of Birth: (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm 24 hour clock format)
- Weight: Lbs Oz

- We automatically work out which day of week the baby was born on based on the date supplied.
- We automatically add:
- Morning: if time of birth is between midnight and 12 noon,
- Afternoon: if time of birth is between 12 noon and 6 o'clock
- Evening: if time of birth is between 6 o'clock and midnight

DISPATCH:

Once we have received your order complete with personalisation, your plaque will be printed and dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery within 1-2 working days.
