All UK Items are now sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard with the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24.

International deliveries are now sent via Royal Mail International Tracked - this is our standard international service with deliveries estimated to arrive between 3-7 working dates. Please note, that delays out of our control such as customs and overseas postal delays could potentially cause delays to your order arriving.

No, some drivers may request a signature, but overall you do not need to sign for your item. Items are fully trackable and proof of postage is obtained by a delivery photograph, GPS location, and also a property description.
