We work through the orders as quick as we can, however we can't control delivery times and we appreciate our customers being understanding about this.

All the gift boxes are HANDMADE and MADE TO ORDER therefore our processing time is 1-3 working days, with average time being 2 working days.

If you choose shipping with Royal Mail Second Class within 3-5 business days then anticipated total time between order and delivery: 4-8 business days.
If you choose shipping with Royal Mail First Class within 1-2 business days then anticipated total time between order and delivery is 2-5 working days.

Please note that we will ship to the address provided on checkout – if your purchase is for someone else, please ensure that the shipping address is their address (however, we also encourage treating yourself!).
