No products are edible and it is the bakers responsibility to ensure that they are informing customers to remove all dried flowers from bakes. Ensure to use cake picks and wrap all the stems in florist tape and/or wax seal the blooms. Not suitable for allergens

No refunds or exchanges are acceptable on bespoke items.
The buyers must cover all postage costs for returns. Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the buyer cancels before 24hrs or the products needed have not been specifically purchased for your order. Only items that have been checked for retail onwards and the seller is satisfied with the condition will be refunded. No items that are damaged through mishandling of the buyer will be refunded.
No items that are delayed due to postal delays will be refunded as this is beyond my control.
For any reason if you are dissatisfied with your order please could you message me ASAP so we can have the opportunity to rectify any potential issues. Due to seasonal stock, some items may vary

All items are packaged securely and can be posted within the UK. As much as possible, fresablooms is an eco friendly business please recycle where possible. At times, I will reuse boxes from my supplier reduce one time waste.

As dried flowers are seasonal, some items may vary from the example photos. Fresablooms will always try to replace with the closest dried flowers as possible to advertised. Dried flowers, like fresh, vary in all different shapes and sizes. Colouring may appear different slightly to those used in images. I do not edit photos so therefore the colour advertised is as close as possible to what you shall receive.
Please ensure to wrap, wax seal or use cake picks on all dried flowers used for decorating purposes on cakes and bakes.
Items are not advised to be used on gluten free cakes. It is the bakers responsibility to check with their customers on allergens and we take no responsibility for bakers not following guidance

Any items that a buyer has specifically asked to be custom made unfortunately are not refundable, these cannot be resold as they are made to order.

Always ensure keep your dried flowers away from moisture, dried flowers are dried and preserved so they can last a very long time if they are cared for correctly, please ensure to keep out of natural direct sunlight as overtime this will cause fading.
If you get your flowers wet, this could cause them to colour run onto other objects. It is important that you follow this guidance to preserve your flowers.

Please always allow time for your order to reach your Country, please allow time to make it through customs. Fresablooms does not hold any responsibility for any customs charges. The buyer must commit to any customs charges, any additional cost of postage etc.
