Should you need to return or exchange a garment that is not personalised, please contact us by email to request a return. You then have 14 days from the date you receive the item to return it to us.
If a garment is faultym we will ask for it to be returned for inspection or send us an email with photographic evidence.

It’s a little bit thinner than I expected but it is soft and good material. I love the look of the embroidery! I chose to size up after reading the other reviews. I like my jackets big so it’s exactly what I wanted. Also my picture is not an accurate colour. It is much more dark navy.
