5 out of 5 starsWhen I received the product, the box happened to be crushed slightly in post and the power switch wouldn't latch anymore. Turns out that crushing the switch permanently converts it to a "blast" effect which I think I actually like more than toggling because the blips are shorter than a double click. And, I can find the right kind of weight to set on the button to keep it held down. The seller offered to take care of the issue for me right away and I appreciate the great customer service however I wanted to keep this happy accident as is. I now have a special edition unit "modded by god" The filter sounds great and you can "play" it with CV. I loved putting the kit together but a little tip - get yourself some activator spray (be careful and dab it on one side as it can stain things) and gloves to use with the superglue 👌

This little thing is the real deal. Fat, resonant filter for inline mod of your audio signal. Takes 24 volts, which is ideal for modular, but less ideal for little synths, like the Kastls. Not a biggie - just have to have a dedicated plug for it.
