Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

Kolour Cafe is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE4645360404606. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As consumers, please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers.

In the UK, standard delivery does NOT come with a tracking number.

If you would like your order posted with a tracking number, please choose the TRACKED option on checkout. If you do not see this option when using your mobile app, please contact me prior to placing the order.

As of March 10th, 2023, the standard current processing period is 1 week (7 working days) unless they are custom-made.

Due to the fact that I run the shop alone and the volume of orders I get, this is the most realistic time frame that I can give myself in order to accomodate and process orders fairly and properly.

Custom-designed inserts and dividers have a processing period of two weeks.

I do not offer expedited production for any items so please consider this before placing your order.

I am unable to amend existing orders once they are placed.

If you would like to add more items and have me combine them, please message me on the Etsy messenger so I am aware.

You would then need to place another order and I would be happy to refund you the shipping cost for one order. Both orders will then be combined in one package.

Please note however, that expected arrival time is an estimation, and does not consider possible delays with customs and/or couriers.

Please remember that Etsy's estimated delivery dates are just that, estimates. This is not connected to the courier's system and are rough estimates based on what the standard processing period for the mode of shipment you have chosen. It does not take into consideration delays and other factors.
