2- Style (picture number) you would like for your art. (By default we prepare your word art as shown in Main picture once NAME information is provided.)
Upon receiving your specifications, we'll create a custom print and send it to you for approval (if requested). If you're not satisfied with the proof, feel free to request changes. Once you're happy with the design, we'll proceed to print your artwork.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1- Frames in picture are used for illustration purposes. If you purchase print only then frame is not included.
2- Colours may vary on prints slightly in real life this is due to your monitor settings.
3- We aim to send print on same day. If you requested for proof before printing then digital copy is sent for proof. We wait for one day for approval otherwise we take it as approved and prints are posted by end of day.
4- If personalisation details provided are not clear, then we prepare your art and send you digital copy for proof. In this case we will wait for approval before dispatching order. Please keep checking your etsy messages.
5- We offer digital copy for Free with any purchase. If you need one please message us.
6- We provide two quality options for our A3 frames - the Basic frame, which features a thin bezel and plastic covering for a cost-effective solution, and the Good quality frame, which boasts a heavy weight, larger bezel, and a top-notch perspex acrylic sheet for a more premium appearance. DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICIES
We aim to dispatch most of our prints either on the same day or the next day. If you need your print urgently or by a specific date, please let us know, and we'll make sure it reaches you in a timely manner.
For expedited delivery, select the 1-day shipping option. We'll ensure that all orders with this option are dispatched on the same day. However, if your print requires customization and proofing, please respond to our messages as soon as possible to avoid any delays in dispatch. If we don't hear back from you within 24 hours after sending a message, we'll assume that the proof is approved and proceed to send the print in the mail to meet Etsy's delivery deadlines.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we'll refund you the purchase price with no questions asked. (unfortunately postage cost is non refundable) However if item is damaged during transit or for any other issue we'll send you new print free of cost.
