🚚 PROCESSING TIMES AND DELIVERY
- We aim to make and ship orders next working day! (Mon-Fri) Although we have our processing days set to 1-2 days on the off chance this is not possible.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched either Monday or Tuesday (based on when they were received).
- We use EXPRESS Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery on all orders which aims to deliver next day!
- Our delivery cost remains the same no matter how many items you purchase from our shop. Perfect for stocking up on presents for your family and friends!
- Your tracking number will become available to view after receiving your dispatch email, and can be found within your order details under the 'Purchases' section of your Etsy account!
- Our Letterbox Hampers come wrapped in a mailing bag and contain no invoice/receipt unless asked otherwise, making them perfect to send directly to your recipient!
- Larger Hampers and orders of multiple Hampers come safely wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure their protection!
