• DELIVERY •
I accept returns within one week of the order. Orders that have been customised will not be refunded. Examples of custom orders would include family portraits, pet portraits or self portraits, personalised text application on artwork or colour changes can not be refunded.
All postages must be paid for by the buyer requesting the refund. I am not responsible for return postage.
Orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days. Custom orders may take 2-3 days longer depending on the request.
My large prints are wrapped in a cellophane bag and packaged in a wide poster tube to avoid over curvature. Smaller prints will be presented flat in a sealed cellophane bag for protection and sent in a sturdy hardbacked envelope.
FREE UK DELIVERIES
All small prints and A3 prints are delivered first class by the Royal Mail.
Prints that are A2 or larger are printed via an external company who delivery via DPD next day delivery. PLEASE MESSAGE YOUR PHONE NUMBER if you are ordering a large print. This is so that DPD can contact you for delivery. Your phone number will not be used for any other purpose or distributed to external parties.
EUROPE - Shipping to Europe is via Royal Mail and can take 7 to 21 working days.
FREE SHIPPING US for orders over $35
USA & Canada - Shipping to USA and Canada is via Royal Mail and can take 7 to 28 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD - Shipping to other international destinations is via Royal Mail and can take 7 to 28 working days.
Shipping times might also be delayed due to how long the postal system in your country holds an item at customs for inspection. When prints are with customs I am unable to take responsibility for any delays, or assist util it has been released by customs.
