please note that each glass has its own uniqueness therefore you may find a manufacturers blemish in the glass, such as a air bubble, a smudge or little line, scratch(moulding marks), which will not affect the engraving or the use of the glass,

We cannot send item direct to third party address sent via message. You need to change address on PayPal when you place your order.

we will then give you an email address to send a photo too if you can not send a picture then you will need to send the item back at your cost to be inspected.
